As a private and independent company acting as Agents for Local and International Companies. Since its formation the company has built a reputation within the industry for its professionalism, reliability and continuity of service. The company has a strong capacity and capability to deliver any project given on time with recommendable quality and prices. The company is always working toward exceeding customer’s satisfaction. The company deals with General Supplies of Office equipment, ICT solutions, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Stationeries’, Building Materials, Uniforms, Catering Services and Consultancies services.
The Company are fully registered trading members of the Business Registration Agency (BRELLA) and as such, fully meets the Association’s criteria in relation to the adoption of the BRELLA Standard and Trading Conditions, Liability Insurance. Participation is also undertaken in the Associations, New Exporter Initiative Scheme, which provides companies entering the export market with professional help and advice. The company fully embraces IT Technology, therefore the Company enabling the Company to keep fully abreast of the changing needs of both Commerce and Industry and also enabling the company to meet the needs and requirements of most clients quickly and efficiently.

Construction and Real Estate. The Construction division is involved in architecture, construction of non-residential building and residential building including production and marketing of building materials and steel and concrete products and Civil works. We specialize in healthcare and industrial facilities, commercial institutional such as banks and educational buildings, telecommunications and data centers, as well as infrastructure projects such as water, waste water treatment plants, agriculture facilities and national reserves and national parks projects. The Real estate division sells purchases and leases real estate.
In addition to our traditional role of main contractor; we play a leading role in the management of Design-Build-Finance projects. We have the experience and the in-house facilities to undertake any traditional or turnkey project by whatever procurement method clients may require.

INCHAGHE INVESTMENT LIMITED is also involved in Local Area Network for various uses. We have a very different approach that makes our customers enjoys low cost of installation as we normally do site survey on the site for Local Area Network Installation in order to determine material required at the site to variance point in either Offices, Supermarkets, Internet Cafe, Hotels and Hospitals (Reception, Doctors Rooms, Pharmacy, Laboratory etc). These points are established in order for all point to communicate with server because once client PC installed at the points mention, it should be communicated with server for open web, do transaction and all information stored on the database.

5.6 TERMINAL AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES:
Within the United Republic of Tanzania we can undertake all aspects of Warehousing, Distribution and its associated services, from break bulk, re-packing, labeling, and sorting to packing quickly, efficiently and competitively to meet time set and achieve acceptable quality.
In addition a modern fleet of vehicles from small vans to 13.6 trailers operate from our various nominated Terminal facilities throughout Tanzania, East Africa and nearest Countries enabling us to service our clients both for collections and deliveries effectively and at the same time allowing us to meet the needs and requirements of the most discerning and demanding clientele.
We are also in the position to offer ERTS (Enhanced Remote Transit Shed) facilities at various establishments throughout the United Republic of Tanzania and East Africa for full load traffics, allowing non East African member states traffics to be cleared through Customs, meaning that cargo can proceed immediately upon arrival at ports to our terminals without the need to clear Customs Authorities at the port of entry.
